ABOUT STARR STNA, LLC
Starr STNA LLC was created to serve an obvious need in our community and the surrounding areas. Owner & Program Administrator Kelli Stout has over 20 years of nursing experience and knows firsthand how invaluable dedicated nursing assistants are to the industry. A long-time dream to put her nursing degree to use in a different type of setting, along with watching her own daughters struggle to find local STNA classes led to the idea of creating Starr STNA. Kelli's goal is to offer ongoing courses that are accessible and more convenient for individuals in the area who are interested in pursuing a State Tested Nursing Assistant certification. Over the course of three weeks each month, Kelli will teach the State-required material, allowing students the opportunity to test their skills in the classroom setting, along with providing her own personal experience and wisdom. Classes will be finished up with clinicals at a partner facility in Chillicothe, allowing students the opportunity to put their new skills to work in real-life situations. By the end of this program, students will be ready to to face the STNA test administered by the state, obtain their certification, and step into their new career.
